PROGRAM

Experience a guided tour of our Westchester Modular Homes Factory and the Model Homes located at the factory.  This is an actual in-person, on-site, guided tour of our facilities.  Our tour guides will meet you in front of our factory main office at the time slot you signed up for.  Hot dogs and beverages will be served.  Must be 18 years of age or older to tour the factory.

What will you see, explore and learn by attending the Westchester Modular Homes Tour?

• Visit the Design Center where you can experience a live demo of the Design Software & how you can take a 3D Walkthrough of your new home before its built
• Tour our State-Of-The-Art Factory where your new home will be built and see all phases of the Construction Process up-close and in detail
• Explore the Model Homes located right at the Factory for inspiration
• Meet some of our Builders and feel free to share and discuss any of your ideas or plans you already may have
• Learn about the Benefits & Advantages of Modular Construction, our Building Process and our 2-10 Structural Home Warranty
• Participate in a Q & A Session right after the Tour
  
  Can't make it?  You may want to sign up for one of our upcoming live virtual tours at www.vt-sign-up.com where you can tour our facilities from the convenience of your computer, laptop, tablet or cell phone.  While not quite the same as an in-person on-location tour, our live virtual tours feature pretty much the same program including a live Q & A Session.
